Twice a month we invite business owners and brands to collaborate with Sol Haus by becoming part of one of our hosted events. Whether you’re launching something new, hosting a pop-up, leading a workshop, or simply wanting to connect with an aligned audience, our collaboration events offer a meaningful way to showcase your business, build relationships, and grow visibility within the Sol Haus community.
Free Sol Haus Hosted Events & Pop-Ups
Duration- 2 Complimentary event hours
- Access to Solae’s Room, Bar Room & outdoor yard
- Access to our tables & chairs
- Free setup & breakdown time
- Promotion via Sol Haus social media platforms
- Additional hours: $150/hr
Details & Requirements
Sol Haus hosted collaboration events are free to participate in and attend. To confirm your date and care for the space, a $150 non-refundable deposit is required, which is applied directly toward the standard cleaning fee. If additional time is needed beyond what’s included, extra hours are available at $150 per hour. We simply ask collaborators to treat the Haus with care and tag @SolHausFTL when sharing their event, helping us continue to grow and support our community.

- Offer Sol Haus a 15% discount preferred vendor rate for all events booked through us
- Provide proof of business insurance and/or required licensing

- Submit a brief introduction about your services and why you’d be a great fit
